Every Montessori environment or home that adheres to the method must have a Low Shelf, also known as a Montessori shelf. Our shelves are made from European Birch Plywood and coated with transparent non-toxic water-based paint. Our shelf which is single storey stands out for making it accessible to even an infant or toddler who is crawling or trying to stand. The double-storey is generally used by pre-primary children.

Montessori shelves are placed at the child's eye level and used to display toys or other developmental aids based on the child's current interests and needs. Montessori shelves are very useful for shelf rotations. Our shelves have rounded corners and straightforward designs which will protect your child’s fingers while reaching for toys. It teaches your child to make decisions and accept the consequences of those decisions. Additionally, it makes it simpler for them to put the toy back without assistance from the adult, helping to foster the habit of cleanup.
